本司1998年創立於香港，公司先後與WICKMANN.LITTELFUSE.BEL品牌達成代理議定.
2000年，本司與香港DS公司合作，開始在國內（廣東鶴山廠）生產“DS”品牌保險絲產品，為服務市場，擴大公司度.分別在上海,東莞.江苏設有辦事處與客戶提供市場推廣，技術支援，產品銷售全方位系統服務.
2002年，在公司不斷狀大的前提下，公司開始進入半導體產業.先后将部分日系，国内晶体管生产品牌纳入营销体系.
2004年,公司成立研发工程部,应不同需求自行研发部分电子产品,同时提供OEM服务.
